Terms and Conditions

Unless you selected express shipping at the time of your purchase, orders should be received within 3 to 7 business days. Note that post office boxes are not permitted for delivery.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Our product return policy applies for products that are damaged by transport, that are defective or that do not match what was ordered.

Products damaged on delivery

Upon reception of your product, verify if the packaging and product have been damaged or if there are any missing parts. At Genex Vision Inc, we make quality packaging a priority. We only use industrial cartons with polyurethane packaging to protect our LED products. You must refuse the product at time of delivery if the packaging is seriously damaged and contact Genex Vision at 819-762-0144.

If you have accepted from the transporter products that have missing parts or have been damaged during transport, please contact our customer service at 819-762-0144 within 2 days of reception of your products so we can schedule pick up of the damaged goods. All apparent damages to the packaging must be written on the transporter’s shipping invoice. We ask you to take photos of the damaged packaging and damaged products.

 

Defective Products under warranty

We offer a three year to five year warranty on our Led Lighting Products. The warranty period is indicated in the product descriptions.

All our Led Lighting Products are tested at the factory before shipping. The products that are returned to us are inspected by Genex Vision Inc., and replaced if it is a manufacturing defect. In this case, Genex Vision replaces the product and covers the transport costs. 

Note:

Our led lighting products are not replaced if:

- There are faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

- There are damages arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

- There are damages arising from electrical surges;

- There are damages arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

- There are damages arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.
